I offer flexible hours in order to better meet your needs and I am available Monday through Friday.
Initial intake session: 55 minutes Regular session: 50 minutes

TeleHealth & Video Sessions

I am able to provide telehealth and video appointments if this is better for your schedule or location. Please indicate your preference upon referral.

 

FEES

My fees are consistent with other mental health professionals in the area. Please contact me for details. The rates will be discussed for therapy upon initial contact. 

Payment is accepted in the form of cash, check, Venmo, Paypal, Square Cash, or credit card and is due at the beginning of each session. 

 

INSURANCE | EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS

At present, I do not participate in any HMO/managed care panels. If you have a PPO health insurance plan, your mental health carrier may reimburse you for all or a portion of my fee.  Certain health insurance policies provide coverage for out-of-network mental health services. However, you (not your insurance company) are responsible for full payment of fees. On request, I will provide you with a monthly statement to submit to your health insurance provider or a health savings account.  If you plan to use your insurance, you should contact your insurance carrier prior to your first session and ask about your benefits for psychotherapy. Depending on your plan, insurance companies may reimburse 20-80% of the session fee. Check with your health insurance plan to learn more.

I am able to accept payment from FSA/HSA accounts.

I am partnered with both Lyra and Modern Health so please let me know if you or a partner work for a company who provides this benefit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please kindly give 72 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. You are responsible for the cost of the session for cancellations received less than 72 hours before your scheduled appointment.
